Our startup incubator for ideas with high growth potential.
Build is Hite's incubator program for founders of an early-stage startup in the build and launch phase. Structured support, dedicated mentorship and a clear path to validate and scale.

Approx 2 years, ongoing admission. We look for innovation, scalability, value for Gotland, and committed teams of at least 2 founders.
SPAWNPOINT
Game studios & creative tech.
Making a great game isn't enough — you need to get it funded, validated and into players' hands. Spawnpoint is built for the realities of the games industry.

18-month program. Includes dedicated coach, up to 200,000 SEK consulting support, funded Nordic Game trip, and possible early-stage investment.

AI Island is Hite's open community for companies who want to turn AI curiosity into real business results. Not a program you apply to — a community you join.
No tech background needed. We help you identify real challenges, explore practical use cases and run fast pilots in your daily operations. From curiosity → use case → pilot → implementation.
